For over 14 years, LTCQ has helped the long term care industry make confident decisions. Today, we work with a broad range of companies in healthcare, insurance and finance.

Founders

LTCQ, Inc. was founded in 1992 as a data-driven consulting company by four leading academic experts in the field of long-term care: Barry Fogel, MD, Lewis Lipsitz, MD, Vincent Mor, Ph.D, and John Morris, Ph.D.

Dr. Mor, Chair of the Department of Community Health at Brown University, and Dr. Morris, a senior researcher at Boston’s Hebrew Rehabilitation Center for Aged, were among the developers of the original Minimum Data Set (MDS) for nursing home resident assessment.

Drs. Fogel and Lipsitz are both geriatricians and professors at Harvard Medical School.

Members of LTCQ’s clinical team and research operation are frequent contributors to industry journals and sought-after presenters at regional and national conferences.

LTCQ’s technologists have invented innovative approaches to the development of data management and reporting software.

LTCQ’s executive team comprises people with excellent education and experience in business process improvement.
